Shipping & Delivery Policy

Within the UAE

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days, or 5–10 business days depending on the product.

• The estimated delivery time will be clearly stated under each product for better clarification. For further assistance, you may also contact us directly.

• Delivery is free across the UAE.

• If an order is dispatched for delivery but cannot be completed due to no response or unsuccessful delivery, a AED 30 re-delivery fee will be applied when rescheduled.

 

GCC Countries

• Order preparation time is typically 3–5 business days, or 5–10 business days depending on the product.

• The preparation time will be stated under each product for better clarification. For additional confirmation, you may also contact us directly.

• Once the order is ready, it will be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days.

• All GCC orders must be paid in full before preparation begins, in order to avoid cancellations without a valid reason.
